Stephen Robinson

Director - Maintenance Operations

Entering the Marine Corps in 2000, Stephen Robinson became 4th generation to serve in the military. Upon entry in the Corps, Stephen became an Avionics Technician on the CH-53D/E helicopters and was stationed in Hawaii for his first enlistment. Stephen was later selected to be an Avionics instructor at the Center of Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) were he taught the enlisted and officers the Avionics of the CH-53D/E airframes. While as an Instructor Stephen earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois and became a Navy/Marine Corps Master Training Specialist with over 4000 classroom instruction hours. Stephen left the classroom and completed his enlistment as a Maintenance Controller at HMH-464.

After being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in 2008, Stephen came home to the metro Atlanta area to start his civilian career with 24/7 Technology. At 24/7 Technology Stephen became a UPS Field Engineer under the mentorship of the late Jim Weydman. Stephen became proficient in UPS, DC Plant, Inverter and Battery Maintenances for many companies and military bases throughout the South East. A few of Stephens’s customers were CDC, State Farm, JLL, Comcast, Verizon, Charter, WSB, Turner Broadcasting and Northside Hospitals. In 2015 Stephen started using SalesForce as a tool to complete maintenances. Stephen and Jim both became proficient in the use of the product.

In August of 2017 joined PVI to become the lead UPS technician and Maintenance Manager, overseeing all maintenances for the Comcast IT and CMC divisions. In April of 2019 Comcast awarded PVI with the BSE maintenance contract. Stephen was promoted to Director of Maintenance and currently oversees all day to day maintenances operations for 125 Comcast locations and utilizes SalesForce software to help with maintenance execution. Stephen values his relationships with his customers and is constantly striving to exceed the standards in all maintenance applications.
